I ordered Three Stooges DVDs (complete series) about December 12th. On the 17th of December the charges went through on my credit card. On January 19th I get an email stating that it is on backorder with a website and phone number to cancel and get a refund. Neither the website or phone number are valid. I don't know how to get my money back.

How to get dvddonkey.com where it hurts..right in their bank accounts!

I know what everyone is going thru with this website.....they did the same to me ...gave me excuses ..not return my e-mails..closed the chat window where I couldn't complain ...lied about my order being on back order..gave me a fake address..I could go on...
Here is what I did..I paid with a debit card and after waiting since dec 2 for the rest of my order I went to the bank and disputed the transaction on my debit card feb 5th....and the money was credited to my account on the 8th of Feb.....anyone who paid this way should do the same also with a credit card if you charged it ...
