DVDGATOR order box set of Dark Shadows. Some of the discs did not load. Notified the company and they stated that replacements will be sent. 2 months gone by no replacements and no contact from the company , Internet

Odered the Dark Shadow box set. when I went to play the discs they did not load up. Notified DVDGATOR right away and they stated that they would send replacements. Two months later still no replacements and no word from the company. Now I found out that they closed shop on 1/30/2013. Will not buy anything again online
