On 12/24/2012, I ordered a complete set of DVDs of the television show Bonanza.  I paid $129.00 and was informed that the order would ship in 1-3 weeks.  My account was charged immediately.  On 12/30/2012, I received an email stating that my order had shipped and would be delivered via the USPS.  I have not received my order, nor have my email inquiries been responsed to.
