DVDPlanet.org Product ordered, credit card charged, no product delivered Ontario, Canada Internet

On 120707 I ordered the entire series of Becker for $59.99. My credit card was charged the $59.99 immediately by CYBERBIT.COM +Riga LV. After a week, emailed the company that I had not received my product and when could I anticipate delivery and that I wanted a tracking number so I could follow it. They emailed me back 121807 that my product had been shipped and gave me a tracking# of CE513207078CA so I could track it thru www.canadapost.ca and said that I should receive the package that week.

I did follow it thru the canadapost address and it said that it left Scarborough, Ontario and entered the USA 122007. On 122407 it said that item was being returned to sender, determined to be undeliverable. The next line said that item was successfully returned to sender on 122407 as well. I sent another email to DVDPlanet.org on 122507 requesting as to why it was deemed undeliverable since I have never had a problem receiving anything at my home address before. I received a response via email 122607 stating 'to please confirm my full address, that they were not sure how your order was shipped to the wrong address and that it looked like it was a problem with their database'. They also offered to reship the order express mail or cancel it depending on what I wanted them to do. I have emailed them several times after that stating that I still wanted the item and to please notify me when it shipped out. I have heard nothing back from them.

I have since learned that the series I had ordered has not been released yet and therefore cannot be sold or shipped by anyone. I have not been able to even pull up DVDPlanet.org's website anymore.

I have since spoke to DVDPlanet.com (thinking that maybe they could put me in touch with DVDPlanet.org). They explained to me that they have received numerous calls complaining of the same thing...people ordering products, their credit cards being charged but never receiving the product ordered. They also explained that they are in no way affiliated with DVDPlanet.org. These people need to be caught and made to repay everyone they ripped off.
