I purchased a box set of DVDs on 12/12/2011. When I checked out, I choose UPS ground service which could take up to 10 days. Well, this is what they want you to believe. My item was supposedly recvd in the United States on 12/27/2011 by an international shipping company- Not UPS. I have yet to receive my item. After numerous emails, nobody has responded to since 12/31. They took my money and didn't deliver the item. When I emailed them on 12/30/2011, this was their response. Do not buy from this company. They are not legit!

Still no DVDs!

The latest email I received from this hack of an organization: My response to the email I recvd on 1/13/2012.

No, I am not waiting a few more days. Its been 30 days since I ordered this product. Please refund my money. I've warned people to not purchase from your organization as well. This is a total scam and its illegal. 

Why would you contact your post office in China if the product was shipped to the US and the tracking information states the product was received in the US on 12/27? Customs and security doesn't take 3 weeks to review a package which leads me to believe that your product was never shipped to me. I will be contacting the organization to which you claim my product was shipped by as well as the United States Post Office- because if you actually shipped my product, the tracking info would be on file as well as my name, address and the organization that shipped my item.

I will definitely put a stop to this illegal practice and scam you're  running. If you don't think so, watch. You will be shut down.

Refund my money please. I do not have my product and its clear I never will.

Hello,

I made a purchase on 12/12/2011 and I have yet to receive the item. Its been 19 days and I can't begin to understand why its taking so long. Can you please tell me when I should expect my item? When I look up the tracking #, it doesn't give me a delivery date. Only that it was shipped to the United States on 12/27.

Thats still ridiculous. I will never order from your site again and I will be filing a formal complaint with the Massachusetts Attorney Generals office. No package should take this long. Payment was received the same day I ordered and your company has not delivered my item.

If it's any consolation to you the DVDs you would have got would have cheap barely watchable copies.
