December 22, 2011, I placed an order for the Game of Thrones Series and I was sent a message that my payment did not go through so I sent another payment on December 23, of which I received a message that payment went through. I went to their website the next day and noticed the payment made on the 22nd DID go through.
I contacted them to cancel the second order, but they claimed it was already processed, so they advised me to not accept the second package and it will be returned back to them and that they would return my money. After several emails asking for the whereabouts of my refund on February 1, they acknowledged they would only return the cost of the DVD's and not the shipping cost, even though they made the mistake.
February 19, I receive an email asking me to send a letter accepting the amount of 23.99 before they would send my money back. They resent the letter on Februrary 26, re-asking for a letter though my email acknowledged acceptance. So I wrote a letter stating I accept the amount.
March 7th, I receive an email expressing that they are confused about whether or not I will accept the monies and so they asked for another letter. I angerly refused. My letter was clear that I accepted the amount and no further clerification would be neccessary, so on March 13, I was told the money would be submitted to the bank in 48 hours.
March 28th I went to their on line, live help line. I asked them where is my money and they said it would be at least 30 days before I should expect a refund. I immediately told them that their company is dishonorable and a group of theives and that I want my money back right away or I'll publish my experience and send copies to the Ohio Attorney General, who is a friend of mine as well as to the Federal Commerence Dept, where I also have some friends.
This company will never have my business ever again and they should never get anyone elses either.
