DVR Systems Bob Streeter, Great Lakes CCTV, RSJ Wholesale Ripped us off for 4 orders and refuses to reply Conneaut  Ohio

 Do not believe anything Bob Streeter says. He is a thief and a liar. I don't even believe all the BS about his father-in-law, just another con. Bob stole over $10k from me with so many false promises and excuses. He is a joke and the worse experience I have ever had in over 30 years in business.

Mr. Streeter has agreed to pay us back and we are setttling this account. I know he had many personal problems, including the near death of his father in law, I just wanted him to pay us back and he never brought it up. He is filing Chapter 7 and has agreed to pay us back in the plan, so I hope he can get back on track and put these problems behind him.

Bob Streeter is like a case of herpes, he won't go away. He has launched 2 new websites to contine to rip people off.

Be warned that Robert "Bob" Streeter is the same person who has a long history of taking your money, lying about it shipping, sending fake tracking numbers, and refusing to refund the money. He will lie and lie and lie about it shipping or he will make it right or refunding your money, and nothing ever happens.

Be warned his new businesses, Mobile Matix is a ripoff and fraud website to steal your money.

His North Country CCTV website is also a ripoff fraudulent website designed to take money from you and deliver nothing.

We do need to clarify that we have no business association with him since 2013 when we had a failed business merger, and he stuck us with $150,000 in debt. He ran $40,000 in credit charges through a merchant account in the name of Chris Winkler, EyeSpyPro that caused me to be black listed as a merchant, i put $50,000 in charges in my American express card he would not pay back and I know he offered to merge our companies to use my good credit since his was shot and he used me like a prostitute until he had no use for me. We have not had any business relationship with him since 2013, and for some stupid reason, I believe his lie he was the USA distributor for a mobile DVR company who we had orders for. He lied about that, just like he lies about everything else. Bob Streeters whole life is lie.

So the lying thief Bob Streeter admits he will not refund the 4 orders he ripped me off on from end of 2016 & early 2017. So how can anyone do business with a company that takes your money, refuses to ship the items, lies about if for 6 months, and will not give my money back.

Bob Streeter of DVR Systems, Great Lakes CCTV, RSJ Wholesale stole several thousands of dollars from our company, and when we get upset because he prints fake shipping numbers, and lies through his teeth that he shipped all the orders and refuses to give our money back, he cuts us off? What kind of business steals from their customers and cuts them off and refuses to refund their money? A lying pathetic, sad, thief.

Please do not do business with DVR Systems or RSJ Wholesale or Great Lakes CCTV or you too will be lied to, and he will take your money and come up with every excuse he can think of, give you fake tracking, and string you along forever. Bob Streeter is a liar, Bob Streeter is a thief and will be behind bars shortly. 

Filing this Ripoff complaint agains Bob Streeter & RSJ Wholesale is the only way I can get Mr. Streeter to reply to me since he admits he has cut off all communication to the customer that he owes money to. I was forced to go into MY pockets to pay for orders that we sent him money for. This cost me several thousand dollars of money we don't have.

He promises the moon and delivers nothing. To make fake shipping labels for 1 of the orders, only to never have them entered in the UPS or Fedx System is fraud, flat our fraud & he constantly lied about it for months. Nothing ever showed up, and to his credit, he send a lesser quality system that the customer really did not want.

He also told me he ordered a certain mobile DVR for the 2nd order to work with a PTZ camera from another supplier, and it "was on the bench" being tested. That was a lie also. The Chinese factory told us he never ordered it, more lies. He then says I have tracking for that order, which was for a Police Department, and when it arrived, it was just the camera from the other company, it did not included the DVR I ordered off of RSJ Wholesale. He said he forgot, when in fact, he never had the recorder to include with it, more lies. Why would he lie to me that he had the DVR and send out the box with just the camera and no DVR, the camera by itself is worthless, further upsetting the Chief of Police of that agency. 

Then for orders 3 & 4, he again makes fake shipping labels and says he went to Erie to drop them off. Well, they were not scanned in to the system, and he told me he left them with a person from a car dealership & he put it in a Fedx Drop box. Well this is more lies, as I could not find that person working at any car delerships in the area, and its impossible to put medium sized boxes into a drop box for flat envelopes. Monday rolls around and nothing.

He constantly lied to me for for four months, while my four customers demanded I order new product, as its my responsibility. I called him a iiar because his empty words ring hollow and a thief for taking my money doing nothing about it. He never made any attempt to fix anything, refund anything, ship anything, and I can't believe a word he says. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!

What Mr. Winkler is NOT telling you, is critically important.

We had a business partnership that went south because the Project that we were investing in, just STOPPED. It left him with debt. It left ME, corporately and Personally in debt for over $500,000.00 in 2013. I personally lost nearly 200k of my own money. I did NOT declare bankruptcy, instead working through the issues with my creditors, INCLUDING 20k that Mr Winker had personally invested. I repaid over half of that, when, this winter, My dad fell ill.

We wound up closing the shop for several months, because I was speding nights with Dad, and days at the hospital, ER, doctors office, and what-have-you.

During that time we had several orders from Mr. Winkler. I worked to try to get them out, but ther simply was not enough resources to go around and we failed. I explained this, but he got abusive, and yes, I cut him off. No communication because I do not have to take that kind of verbal and mental abuse.

In the meantime, I got out in front of this problem by communicating with the Ohio Attorney Generals Office, to mediate and make a plan to resolve the issue without MY having to deal w/ Mr. Winkler.

It should be noted, that as an INVESTMENT, in business, you hope to win, but understand that you could lose. This is called RISK and we BOTH knew the risk, and had discussed it in DETAIL before we made the leap. The project failed. It did NOT fail because I did something wrong, it failed because the customer decided to do can the project.

We both lost. I manned up to the loss, others obviously did not. I was still paying off the 20k personal loan but apparently, Mr. Winkler felt that now was a really good time to kick a guy when he was down.

I appreciate the opportunity to speak to this claim, but I will not be communicating again with regard to it. The truth is the truth is the truth, and I will let it speak for itself.
