DW Quail golf They have a ridiculous return policy for an unused product that did not meet advertising expectations and the response to my return request was very rude and unprofessional Internet

I purchased a putting green from www.dwquailgolf.com/ for $1872.00. It was advertised as being an outdoor putting green, able to withstand outdoor conditions for years of use. When I got the product it turned out to be just a regular piece of carpeting. (not indoor/outdoor carpeting just regular indoor carpeting) The plastic deck that it gets laid out on was fine but the actual putting surface is carpeting. This would be fine for indoor use, but not outdoor use. I do not have a large indoor are a to put it so I wanted to return it because I am sure that it would not withstand New England weather conditions.

When I requested the return information I was told that I had to cover the 'free' shipping' that got the product to me, the cost of shipping it back, and a 10% restocking fee. I told them that seemed extreme for something that had misleading advertising and was not used. The second response was rude and insulting. He said that my claims were ridiculous and insulted my consumer abilities. He sent three different unprofessional and rude e-mails to continue to make his point.

So not only will it cost me over three hundred dollars to have nothing, i get insulted for a reasonable request.  When you pay almost two grand for something it should meet the expectations of the consumer. It does not take a lot of reasoning ability to know that indoor carpeting will not last for years in an outdoor New England environment. They did not stand behind the product and were rude and unprofessional when e-mailed.

I would highly recommend that you never buy anything from www.dwquailgolf.com/
