Dwayne Beam Beam Heating and air conditioning Drunk , overcharging , unprofessional , crook Pitcaim, Pennsylvania

Mr Beame came to do a simple heating job after , he sat in his van drinking beer mostly coming in to check on the job only to tell unqulaified illegal aliens what to do . I was charged for a simple gas valve replacement 2,200 Dollars . He said that it was a special valve and needed to be ordered with labor and the valve total came out to 3200 dollars . A month later the valve blew and would not relight . I called him and I was told that I a must have damaged the valve and he would fix it again .

When asked if there was no cost he laughed and said he would have to order a new valve and would have to do the labor but would only charge me for the labor which he gave me a quote to do the same work he did last month for 1800 dollars . I had another heating company look at the valve that was put in by Beam heating and he said it was recycled and at least 5 years old . I had common wealth change the old used valve placed by beam heating and the laborers were the owners themselves and Charged me 536 dollars for a new valve and 500 dollars for labor . I contacted beam heating numerous times and my calls are not returned and Mr Dwayne Beam is never in the office when I call . He must be at the bar while Mexicans do his job .

I would never hire this company and have made complaints to better business bureau
