I am glad that I am not the only one having issues with this company as it has now validated my concerns. Mr Keen did in fact do work on my house in the spring of 2006. I caught him twice "admiring" my new born. I did not think much of it until I saw another report on him. It all comes to together now! I have confirmed with the police that not only is he a sex offender but also is a felon for other crimes.
