Mr. Paul Frank(supervisor)of dynamic credit services promised me a credit line of $2,500 on a mastercard. I recieved a credit card from a bank, not from Dynmaic credit services, Visa with a credit limit of $400. I want to use legal action and I want my money back. I called their number of 18775726751 saying that they have a new number of 18005138180.Called the new number and none answered but can leave a messege after the beep.
