Dynamic Credit Services ripoff Las Vegas Nevada

My wife fell for the same thing they asked for $297.00 for a credit card with a limit of $2500.00. When she called back to cancel the guy said ok and hung up. I did a stop payment on the check, but guess what the did a direct withdrawl instead, using the routing number and checking account number. I called my bank they said that was legal and some banks will do it that way instead of sending the check in when you do it over the phone. The only hope I have now is that I disputed the charge and will wait to see what happens.
