After 40-50 attempts to reach customer service, I finally did. I canceled my contract on 7/7/03. The Money transfer was to take place on 7/9/03. Even though I canceled the contract, the money was taken from my account (without authorazation)on 7/23/03. My bank tells me that there is nothing that can be done.
