Dynamic Credit Sevices A.K.A Bank Of America ripoff ripoff fraud business Las Vegas Nevada

About a week or 2 ago I recieved a phonecall in Reference to Bank of America, stating that they have gone over our application that we have made out as of a couple months b4 this call. They have stated that after reviewing our application, that we have been pre approved for a credit card of our choice, Visa, Mastercard, which ever we would like with a credit limit of $25000, with a low interest rate and the interest rate would never go up , the highest it would ever reach is 10%. they stated that they would need a checking account to verify I have a checking account...the woman in which I spoke with at that time was Katie... she gave me a phone number of 1888572-6751. she also stated that if I decided I wanted to change my mind that i have 15 days to do so and I can call this number to do so..

Well later that evening I felt a little weird about the call, so I called the number.. Well to tell ya the truth the number was not valid, so the next day I called the bank and let them know that the check ing account was verified from whom I thought was not a valid company and we cancelled the check... well i woke up yesterday morning, thinking I was not going to have to deal with this, cause I saved myself... But guess what I wasn't saved.... This company did a (ACHD). Now I am fighting with my bank and I am going to close my account and I have to fill outform for an Unauthorized fraudulant account activity... I have called the FTC, FBI,(but tey cannot help me because its a min. amount of money). The business bureu, the attorney generals office and Better business bureu. so far have gotton nowhere..

I did go to DOnotcall.gov. which this is so we will not have these type off ppl call us. but What good is it since banks and long distance companys still can get thru...I have a list of phone numbers to this company Dynamics, but cannot get thru. well i guess I will try to get my money back .. but until then if anyone has more infor or is going to file suit, count me in....
