Don't ever step foot in this place. As long as Larry Berg is there nothing good can come from it.

Dr. Jill Howe is the stupidest smart person i have ever met. Smart because she knows so much and can help so many people, but stupid ever since she married Larry Berg.

He is the most unprofessional person I have ever met and slezy at that. From harrasing employees to pure threats he has crossed the line time and time again. Somehow he is able to continue to get away with it.

He is a backstabber and liar and cannot be trusted. Don't work for him or he will pull you in his web and take advatage of you as would a black widow spider. What? Overtime, Never heard of such a thing at Dynamic! He will do whatever he can to get out of paying you overtime and even if he did it wouldn't matter becuase they don't give any raises there ever!!!

Patients beware!!! They know how to rip you off and do it without you knowing. And don't forget to ask how many of their employees are certified for anything. Not many, I can promise you that! But don't blame the workers, blame the people who hired them. CROOKS!!! Actually you should feel bad for whomever works for them because they are told that they would never be able to go anywhere else.

RUN and RUN fast!!! Far far away from Dynamic Family Health Center/ Dynamic Family Wellness!!!!

I check out many of the businesses in crystal lake on this site and i came across this one. I may offer some advice to those who seem disgruntled with this business. You have to stand up for yourselves if you were wronged, not only so the matter is resolved, but also so you can move on and so it won't happen to anybody else.

If you weren't paid overtime or they didn't follow the one day rest in 7 act you are then entitled to compensation under Illinois law. All you have to do is go to the illinois department of labor website and download the complaint forms and fill them out. You don't need a lawyer, the department of labor will do all the work for you and if it goes to litigation the department of labor will usually represent you in court. The business will have to get a lawyer and if they are found guilty will have to pay you plus they will face HUGE fines by the state. Some fines can be as much as 10k per incident.

So if you have a complaint all you have to do is fill a form out and if they are found guilty they will have to pay, we can't have businesses taking advantage of employees.
