I ordered 7 vacation certificates at $30.00 each for 7 couples to take a weekend vacation together. When we received the certificates, it stated we could not use them at the same time and same location. Therefore, I returned the certificates with a letter of explanation and requested a refund of my $210.00.
This ordeal started in May of 2001. After several letters, copies of my check that they cashed, As of today 1-31-02, I still have not received my refund. Even though Krista from their refund department has received my information. I am not going to try and get an attorney involved and sue them if I have to, based purely on principal. Mr. Lemley should take the law and principles of right and wrong more seriously if he in fact is an attorney that has not been disbarred.
