I won a vacation on ebay, through an outfit by the name of hot-traveldeals. I sent a total of 120.00 as a deposit to Dynasty Vacations, along with my requested dates.I kept getting the run around as far as my dates were concerned, and to top it off the agent I spoke to in the beginning quit the company, and the other one never returned my calls.
Almost a year later and I have yet to receive my money back.I was told to send a letter requesting my money back to a Donna Dillon at the Maryland address, and have yet to hear from her. Called this morning and was told the sales department handles refunds, not Ms. Dillon. What a joke this is. DO NOT do business with these people...
