E-24 Online Mall salesman Robert Cresto I was reseller for their products on ebay, I sold 5/ 1,000 laptops and was coerced to sending funds unprotected through paypal. Computers never delivered. They will not refund. Internet

 

The first things I ordered from them were turned down by 2Checkout which should have been enough proof for me, but I believed their excuse that they system made an error, and tried using paypal with my next order.  I felt protected enough by paypals buyer protection and my sales person said to send it through business/services. 

 

Well, when it came time to send the money and ship I did this (for 3811.50) for 5 laptops I sold on ebay to ship to my customers.  My salesman got back to me and said paypal put a 21 day hold on the money and he needed the money to ship the items.  He said very coercively to send via the friends option instead, so he refunded the money to me to send that way (with no or limited protection).  I was so freaked out that I would have my customers wait 21 days before their items shipped that I went ahead and sent him the money this way. 

 

It took me two days to get tracking numbers.  The first tracking number worked, but the other 4 were invalid.  After a few days my first customer received his package, but instead of a 1,000. laptop he found a cheap cell phone case.  After confronting the salesperson, he admitted the other 4 had not been shipped and that "shipping made a mistake" with the first order. 

 

Ever since he has been making excuses about why he can't refund the money or  ship the rest of the order.  I have recently moved to a new area and ebay income has been a large part of my income since I am unemployed right now.  If I will have to cough up 3,800, I will be living in the streets, cause I just don't have the money!
