E-470 Express Toll E470 Double Charged & Charged Another Person's Tolls Aurora, Colorado

E-470 is by far the worst company to get involved with.  They are unorganized and completely unethical.  Not only have they attempted to double charge me, but they also were charging me someone else's tolls; thanks to the "high quality" camera systems they use. Turns out it was the same plate number but different state.  I only noticed this because it wasn't my typical route or times, so I spoke with a rep and they went through every one and took them off. 

After that little mishap, I started to monitor my account more closely and then noticed I received a bill for tolls I had already paid for and had payment confirmation emails to prove.  So I called and spoke with a manager.  Her and I were sending emails back and forth and after numerous attempts of breaking down and highlighting my payments and the "unpaid tolls" I got nowhere.  That was simply because she stopped responding after I told her I will not pay those charges again. So instead of doing her manger duties, she brushed me off and I hadn't seen any new bills for months.

Two months later I finally received a letter from Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP stating I had past due charges. So again I attempted to settle this.  I wrote them a letter stating that E-470 has incorrectly charged me and they need to get their documents straight before they send out another "past due" notice.  A few months went by and I received a bill from E-470 showing those "unpaid tolls" along with new toll charges.  I didn't have any dispute regarding the new charges because I knew they were in fact mine, so I called E-470 to make a partial payment for my current charges and they said they didnt accept partial payments and advised me to call Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP because since the account has now been sent to them that they would handle all payments.  So as I was told I called and spoke with someone from the firm to make a partial payment and then thats when she said they didn't accept partial payments and in fact it was E-470 who did.  I told her that they clearly aren't on the same page and she then instructed to send the documentations to prove my dispute; so I did.

A couple months later, I received another letter from Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP stating the exact same thing they said in the 1st letter; that I owe and to pay up.  This time they had penalty charges and late fees adding up to $75.00.  By this point I was beyond irritated.  Not only did I seem to have wasted my time highlighting and showing the breakdown of the payments made, I had to do this a second time.  So I sent all copies of the payment confirmations again and specified each charge as "already paid, see confirmation sent this day".  I also had to specify that some of the toll charges were different amounts but the same toll. Not sure how that's even possible, but it definitely showed on the confirmations. 

At this time, I am currently waiting for a response to see what they say.  I'm almost tempted to send them a check for the charges I know are mine and say "take it or leave it, this is my final attempt".  I will follow up once I get more info.
