E Banas Construction Ed Banas Cash deposit of $20,000.00 I have not had a building built. Montverde, Florida

Ed Banas will lie to you to get you into a house, change prices and what included in the price of the house on you after you already started the process of buying the house. Once construction is complete they will bullshit you left and right when I know things are incorrect and were never fixed or even attempted to be fixed. The construction is shoddy at best and Ed Banas doesnt care. 
 

We were told that the appraisal was complete come to find out a few days before our closing we are told that the appraiser ended up in the hospital. I still don't think that is an excuse someone else should have covered. I am not mad at the fact that the appraisal has taken longer than it suppose to by the way they had 10 working days to complete this the 10th day was 2 days ago what *** me off the most is that we were lied to we were told that the appraisal was complete. Now that I am reading all these other comments I'm thinking about it twice before buying from these guys.

After many calls and promises and cash deposit of $20,000.00 I have not had a building built. I have called and emailed and finally Ed banas said that if the crew was not on site by July 5th that he would give me a refund. It is March 2013 and I don't have a building. Also the web site is no longer working. Ed Banas must be running.
