caselots_sportswear E-Bay Paypal puppet stands behind rip-off companies giving the runnaround San Hose California

I purchased 2 Bravo mini-Harleys From caselots_sportswear on E-bay. I waited 21/2 months for the product. When it finaly arrived i was not home so a freind signed for it. When i got home I found 2 boxes with some visable shipping damage ,however when I opened the boxes I found the mini-Harley bikes missing parts, no chargers for the bikes and broken in several areas.
I grant you the broken parts could have been caused in shipping, but missing parts like the chargers and handlebars ???. I contacted caselots and was dumfounded by the responce. I was told that this was a shipping problem and when i explained that missing handlebars and chargers were not shipping problems i was called a cheat, and was told that i was trying to defraude the company. they said they would report me to e-bay and get this they were going to have me arrested for attempted fraud. They over several e-mails called me a cheat, fraude, dead beat, and threatened to call my employer, church and other entities in my area and tell them i was a crook. They claimed they knew all about me and would get me and my family. I reported them to e-bay security and received nothing but stupid canned responces that had nothing to do with the complaint. I contacted Paypal e-bays puppet company and they told me that it was too long after the auction. I explained that it took 21/2 month to get the product and another several weeks to contact seller and get responces. ( Too bad thats policy was the responce) Then i was told to contact e-bay which i had already done. Paypal answer too bad no money return. Then after a little reasearch i find out that low and behold the Bravo mini Harley is not a mini Harley at all. Sems Harley not only was unaware of the use of their name but was not in any way associated with caselots and the product was a violation of their copyright. They contact caselots and get them to remove the Harley name from their product and now I have proof positive that i was scammed or so i thought. I again contacted e-bay customer service, security, their fraudes and copyright infringement dept. and again got stupid canned responces that had nothing to do with the subject matter. I contacted paypal the e-bay puppet and told them i wanted my money back cause i was scammed into buying a product i believed was a mini Harley. guess what they said that was an e-bay problem and to work it out with them. I had also supplied both e-bay and paypal the names and e-mail addresses of at least ten customers who were scammed by this company all were threatened and called cheats, scammers, dead beats and get this GETTO scum. all were in writeing on e-bay feedback for the public to read as was mine. all received threatening e-mails. End result-caselots still sells on e-bay, still writes filthy feedback on every customer who has a complaint and every responces blames either the shipper for the problems or the customer is trying to defraude them each customer who claims no responce from company after complaint sents is told that they must have a bad computor,fax machine ect. long story short, no refund,( $ 2689.00 plus shipping ) no appologies, and no e-bay store.you got it they threw me out of e-bay cause i was in contact with others who were fed up with caselots and the e-bay/paypal runnaround.want a laugh I sent customer service an e-mail saying i was sorry for reporting caselots sportswear for fraude but my foot had fallen off while i was cooking dinner and i had eaten it by mistake. I was so frustrated because i could not find my foot and i wanted to go ice scateing and couldn't. the responce i got was Hi My name is Jerry and i will be your customer service rep in this matter. After careful reveiw of this matter and talking with caselots we feel that before any further action is taken i should contact caselots and see if they would be willing to replace my foot. e-bay does not have any feet available at this time.This matter is now closed and we hope you are satisfied with the resoloution. please do not respond to this e-mail ect. This was sent in a canned format that allowed the sender to just fill in the blanks. like foot, caselots ect.
