Purchased the item on e-bay and when it arrived from India I was chocked since it looked like a piece of glass, not a blue diamond!
Contacted e-bay customer support and they told me to ship an item back for the refund. It's been three weeks since now but I didn't get refund.
E-bay customer support is not responding to my e-mails or telephone calls. Instead, they keep you on hold for an hour and more and finally you are not connected to the live representative anyway. In addition, they have removed the item from my purchased items folder! Cha, guess what? For those who are not familiar with e-bay rules: the sellers are afraid of negative feedback and this is only thing that keeps e-bay machine running. In my case. I can't even leave a negative feedback to the Indian seller because this choice is not available to me! In other words, the seller is no longer responsible for the refund and he keeps selling his crap with a 100% positive feedback with e-bay customer help!
Viva e-bay customer support helping to the thieves!
