E-bay Contributing to rip-off merchants by not having tight enough complaints procedures Internet

Ebay's dispute resolution is fallible, and they know it and refuse to do anything about it. Having had an issue with a seller GLOBAL DIAMONDS (see rip off report previously filed), because I dealt with GLOBAL DIAMONDS direct and they were more than friendly at first, no dispute was filed within the 45 day time limit ebay put on disputes. The seller GLOBAL DIAMONDS knew this and did not change until after the time had elapsed to file a complaint with ebay.

Ebay have not removed GLOBAL DIAMONDS from their site even though they are fully aware of the fraudulent act committed. Unless they protect their customers, the saying BUYERS BEWARE applies because ebay will do nothing to protect you.
