E-Brand Pro- Vipor Was give flurulent infor, company will not refund my account. St. Louis MO Missouri **Author of this Report is NOT CONFIRMED**
Received E-Cig from pro-vipor was not at all satisfied . I called customer servive to cancel the account, which I was given two confirmation numbers. I ASKED the serviceworker about my refund and was told I would not be getting a refund. Howeve this was not told to me. Spoke to a supervisor and was told the same. I then asked for cop's number and was told they did not have the number anywhere and they hung the phone up.
