E-Credit Solution ripoff Miami Florida

About a month ago I recieved an index card size advertisment in the mail from E-Credit Solutions. It was for a pre-approved credit limit of $4,000 dollars. I could choose master card or visa. The card stated to call and have my credit card activated. After calling and going through a 60 second credit check, E-Credit Solution promised me the high limit for a $199.00 payment with a check by phone. What came in the mail was a packet of Garbage. When I called to have my money refunded to my, they said it would take 20 days to go over audio tapes in my intial conversation. Time has passed and they have concluded I was not misrepresented. So, now I have to wait another month were someone will call me and discuss the tapes. Theses people are cunning and deceptive!!!!! Concetto New Britain, Connecticut
