E Harmony is a terrible dating site to begin with. It extends the time period of sending inquiries to members, it is a complete waste of time. I, and many others, do not recommend it.

Their customer service is outrageous. False video reporting that they care about their customer on the site, whereas they do not care at all. They would not issue a refund "after the 3 day" period. The exact words of their customer service rep and supervisor was
"I cannot issue you a refund" ..

Then I said, yes you are able to issue the refund on the credit card, you can physically go in and click 'refund,' to which the supervisor agreed: 'yes I can,' but continued to say I cannot issue you a refund because it is out of the request of our 3 day policy.

That 3 day policy fell within non-business days of Saturday and Sunday. For religious people, Sunday is a day of rest, and most businesses - customer service - are not open on that day.


Eharmony gets rich off of all people's attempts at love. They do not care about the customer, only about the money, as proven above.
