I felt information recieved from e home connect was not accurate and not complete. I felt that the ehome connect in the sale of my home did not provide true and correct information in regards to my short sale, which is now costing me almost $41,000 to resolve and post transaction. Days after the closing of the home I was contacted by the 2nd mortgage saying that I still owed them almost $41,000. The information provided by the realtor and e home connect was that the 2nd mortgage settled out for $2,500 and then I was to be free and clear of everything upon the closing of my home. To date I have never heard from anyone at e home connect in regards to my case. I was also notified by the 2nd mortgage company that I supposedly signed paperwork at the closing stating I would owe to them $41,000 in which I never had agreed. During this whole process with the realtor and ehomeconnect I was constantly having to email them to get updates on the ststus of negotiations between home lenders, etc... If this is how this company processes short sales, witholding vital information, and such, they should in my opinion probably not continue to handle short sales in the future.

Tamara or "Ally" (we have no Ally or Alison's in our database) we have never heard a word from you after your closing so of course we could not help you. Your short sale approval letter from your 2nd mortgage, Green Tree, is very specific in the last sentence of the first paragraph that the remaining obligation due under your note shall remain due and payable. This means that they were going to come after you for the remaining balance. I would not have had you close with this verbiage.

Since we had to turn this file back to MMREM(the original short sale negotiator), after saving it from foreclosure and getting the banks to respond, we did not pursue changing this verbiage, which would have been critical. I am so sorry this has been a burden for you.
