Prepaid phone call credit card company. Company has numbers in the Philippines for calling to USA. The numbers do not work. Their Help line in the Philippines does not work. Calls to their Help line in the US are answered by people with little command of English and excuses and promises to attend to the situation -- but never any action.

We have been complaining for months and nothing happens.
To top it off - cards expire 30 days after first used so the card that was partially used months ago has no value now!!! And several cards that the customer in the Philippines holds are valueless because she cannot get through to the company at all.

Phone Card Connection Company is a ripoff for people who pay hard-earned money for cards in the Philippines!
