E-surance auto insurance company has got to be the worst company to have your policy with.I was rear ended by an uninsured driver, and not only were they the rudest people I have ever come across in my life, but they declined payment from the party that had hit me!!

Rather then deal with it them self, they shrugged it off to a third party collection agency for this guy to ignore until the end of time. Initially, he was willing to pay 50 bucks a month. When they sent him to collections he obviously got upset and now fell off the face of the earth. When I had called to follow up on this, I was yelled at, and hung up on by claims manager Cathy Cox.

She kept talking over me insisting I stop calling "Probably because she simply didn't want to do her job" I have had other insurance companies I have had made claims with, and they were nothing like what I experienced from the claims/subrogation of E-surance.

Their commercials with the catchy music in the back ground and friendly smiling faces is nothing like what you ACTUALLY get.I would strongly recommend another insurance company if you are shopping for one.

First off I am trying to figure out why you are even writing about how they are treating the other driver...and just how do you know all of this.  If you had a policy that covered unisured motorist it doesn't matter how they attempt to reclaim their money.

But that not withstanding let's look at this other driver shall we.

First he was an uninsured motorist, which in just about every state is ILLEGAL.  Next, you say that he was originally willing to pay $50/month and the insurance company denied it.  Well if your damage was $5000, I can see why..no company is going to wait for 100 months for someone to pay them back the money they are owed.   Even $2500 in damage means over a 4 year pay back...and that is at zero interest.  Remember he broke the law and doesn't really get to decide his own consequences.   Oh and the $50/months..yea he may have made one or two before he just went away anyways.

But then you complain about him being turned over to a Collection Agency.  Okay again..the only reason he would have been turned over to them, is if he was ignoring their requests.  So guess what, he didn't need them turning the account over to a Collection Agency to fall off the face of the earth...he was going to do it anyways.

Then again in the end I wonder why you keep calling them.  You mentioned nothing about them not paying your claim..you just keep going off on how they are treating the other driver who broke the law.  If they didn't pay your claim why do you seem less upset at that(mainly because you don't mention it) than you are at how they are treating the other driver.

Seems like there is quite a bit to this story that is missing.
