Most Shipping and Handling only internet offers provide the buyer with a free trial offer. In the case of E Synergy Media this is the case. If the buyer decides not to continue they can always call the company and request a refund. The phone number is on the Credit Card Statement and is included in the welcome letter that included the Program Disc. In order to be charged the $1.95 Shipping and Handling Charge the buyer had to check the box that stated that they agreed to the Terms of Membership. Even if after the trial period ended and buyer decided they want to cancel, all they have to do is simply call the customer service center phone number and the Customer Service Center has been instructed to cheerfully offer a refund. If at any time the customer did not receive their refund they should request to speak to a manager. All managers have been instructed to offer a refund if requested. The worst thing the buyer can do is hang up on the customer service rep. We have many clients who are using our Making Money Programs and are successful. We understand that not all clients will make the effort to use our Program. To them we say good luck in your en devours and we hope you consider us in the future.
