Crazycatgifts sells through ebay and other on-line auctions as well as their own website. If you buy from them you may or may not get your item. If you get it you are one of the few, but lucky.

Usually what happens, you don't get what you paid for, so you email, and you email, but seller does NOT respond. So you contact Ebay, they don't reply except to tell you they got your email. So you call the seller, leave a 800# for her to return your call at your cost, she doesn't return your calls either!

You file with the IFCC, FTC, BBB, local law enforcement unit of Whatcom county, ebay fraud, online payment source and USPS Fraud. She claims (mind you: she ONLY responds via negative Feddback) she has USPS tracking #'s for items she claims to have sent. You request the tracking #, there is no response, in other words she falsifies tracking #'s dangling them in your face, but won't actually provide them!

This is mail fraud, plain and simple! Then, ebay gets a cut aka seller fees, paypal and the seller keep your money for x amount of time, which would allow them to invest monies for more profit. IF you get a refund, they still had your money for a period of time. (It is still considered FRAUD, whether you were refunded or not, the intent to fraud is evident.) A "100%" refund only occurs when you get interest on your money, like the bank. They keep your interest.
