Purchased two scooter    one arrived in nonworking order    after purchasing a on-off  switch from a local auto store  got it working     after giving them to my niece and nephew on XMAS DAY   the belt broke on one and the other was stock on full throttle  called company  was sent belt and other part to fix stuck throttle   waited a week for parts  spent two hours fixing    brought them back to my niece and nephew    please note these kids are  6 and 7 years old  cant weigh more then 60 pounds    after 10 minutes of riding  one scooter went dead and wont hold a charge  and the other rear wheel sprocket is broken and both belts are shredding and are going to break

I fail to see the type of scooters you bought.  Since you report your problems I am concerened that my order my be the same bike. Too little information for you to bad this company.
