I purchased a new scooter from e-z pay auto sales, on June 18th when I took for a ride

It wouldn't go over 50 mph without vibrating so bad iy almost caused me to reck, so I returned it

For them to fix, needless to say it went back atleast 5 more times, I haven't been

Able to ride it, it's defective and the refuse to give my money back, or to even talk to the 

Owner..plz help!!!!
