A few weeks ago I purchased the Dragon Age: Origins Collector's Edition from the local Gamestop, and inside the box should have been a code for extra Collector's Edition content (the Stone Prisoner quest line and Blood Dragon armor for Dragon Age and Mass Effect 2). In the box were codes for the Gamestop unlockables, the Collector's Edition item unlockables, but not the codes for the downloadable quest line and extra armor for this game and the upcoming Mass Effect 2, even though this content was advertised on the back of the box.

It has been several weeks and I cannot obtain a response from EA, and the local Gamestop employees claim there's nothing they can do about it. I'm extremely irritated that I cannot obtain that for which I've already paid.
