Eagle Carports INC Tried to get extra money for climbing a hill that my yaris climbs and tried to take out my anchor bolts for there anchor bolts Cana, Virginia

3 men came to install my carport 12 foot by 20 foot.   Only 1 of the men could understand English.   They made up a reason why they could not drive up my hill.   Remember I drive my yaris up the same hill, have propane delivered, a conex delivered and other things.    The man who could speak English told me it will cost more.   I SAID NO WAY so I called 1-800-579-8589 asked to speak to customer service.  The lady asked where I am located I said Colorado so they gave me Breanna.   While I was talking to Breanna the 3 men were walking up my hill with the delivery.   I TOLD THEM I DID NOT WANT IT IF I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA.   No reason they could not come up my hill with a white dually truck.   Well the one who could speak English got on the phone with Breanna huffing and puffing claiming he had to walk a half mile up hill which is a flat out lie.   It was only .2 of a mile.   Then she said it is only right you pay them extra for the work they have to do.   I said NO why cant I just get the money off for having it installed and they can just leave it there!   She said the installation comes with it.   I told her the charges are already tacked on.   I REFUSED TO PAY FOR EXTRA CHARGES AND WE STARTED TO ARGUE SO I HUNG UP.  
When the 3 men got done coming up the hill they wanted to install it but wanted to remove my anchor bolts said they cant use mine because the carport came with its own anchor bolts.   I told him forget it just forget it all install it myself!   Besides they were upset by then and man handling the tin scratching paint off of it.   I GOT NO INSTRUCTIONS PAPERWORK ON HOW TO INSTALL but all figure it out.   I just hope and pray the thugs gave me all my parts to this carport so I don't have to create something!
