We called to get summer electric bills from 2007 (before we had it installed) and 2008 (after it was installed). We compared the years and we paid more in 2008. Eagle shield has done nothing exept cost me $4500. When I called they acted like I was an idiot. The lady told me that "its not possible". Most of the time they wont return calls. Im glad I financed the stuff, because Im not making any payments! I refuse to pay for something that does not work!!!!!

Did the cost per unit on your electricity go up? If the electricity was more expensive, even if you used less it could still be higher. You ned to make sure you are calculating the bills at the same cost per unit.
