Eagle Transmission Repair transmission leads wrecking my car and they couldn't care LESS! Mesquite, Texas

My daughter took the Jeep to Eagle Transmission because the check engine light was on.  First, they promised they would call her in approximately 2 hours with an estimate.  They also said no problem! to having the work completed that day.  Well, hours upon hours go by - no word from Eagle.  Finally, we call them.  "oh sorry, we are still looking at that but you should be hearing from us very soon"  Another hour... nothing... I call them back.  Put on hold for 30 minutes and FINALLY I talk to someone.  The initial verbal cost of 'about $100 bucks' turns in to $567.  And since it's the end of the day they won't be able to start on it until Friday.  Of course, they are closed on Thursday because it's Thanksgiving.

Friday rolls around and the car is ready to be picked up.  Guess what?  They rear ended someone while they were driving the car.  AND they didn't even bother to discount their work after wrecking the car!  Its been over a week and their insurance adjuster has yet to look at the car so of course, can't start getting it repaired.  Haven't heard a word from them to see if everything is going ok with getting the car fixed.  However, the people they rear ended us had the the courtesy to call.

The car is not running right since then.  We don't know if it's from them screwing up the repair or from them rear ending those people.  And they don't care one way or another!
