Eagle Warranty Corp. They don't pay Eynon, Pennsylvania

I had my vehicle repaired last month with the approval of Eagle Warranty on some covered items. I was told I had the option of either paying the repair facilty and within (2) weeks I would get my claim check or they can pay the facility in (2) weeks.

The repair facilty did not want to wait for the check so I forked out over $2000 and submitted all the documents to the Warranty Company. The told me they recieved the claim documents and that my check would be on the way shortly. To date, which is now over a month and a few days I haven't received that check as yet and no one at the warranty company will return my call. I cannot get a live person to speak with as the lines automatically go to voice mail.

Don't buy or deal with this company. They're a RIP-OFF
