Despicable.  I spoke with them for half an hour yesterday around 5:30pm and we settled on the cost of $100 to tow my car from their shop to my friend's shop and $15 for storage per day.  My car was there for two days.  Today, they charged me $600 - they said if I have a problem with the charge, I can take it to court.  I may do so using my friend's law service and the recordings I can obtain from speaking with them on my business phone yesterday.  I would advise everyone to stay away from them and to get their quotes in writing.  By the way, the lady I spoke with who told me I can take it to court hung up on me.  B*tch, I know where you are located.  Better watch your back.
