Early Moments Sandvik Publishing I bought 2 different pkg. Then canceled. They me a cancellation on e-mail. Now put 39+ and 29+ on my credit card, Should have been canceled. Thanks Montoursvill, Pennsylvania

 This  company sent me stuff for my Grandkids to get some books. I paid shipping and handing and then later talk to family. Decided to cancel. They sent me a cancellation notice back to me on e-mail. N ow the billed me for $39.95 for the Disney acct. and $29.99 for the Dr. Suess acct.  It is suppose to be canceled. I e-mailed them, but they haven't put credit to my account. Thanks

On behalf of Early Moments, we'd like to publicly express that we're sorry for any confusion associated with this recent customer's account cancellation, and we'll do what we can to make it right.

On occasion, cancellations are processed on the same day as a new shipment is processing, which could be one explanation for being charged "after cancelling" - another might be that one subscription was cancelled, but another (for example, a Jumbo Preview Package subscription) was not cancelled at the same time, so the customer continued to receive packages.

We are willing to explain all of this and suggest a resolution to this customer.
