I saw a promotional offer from Earlymoments that they were offering 5 books for just $3.95  with no shipping charges. I wasnt aware that by placing this first order, you become their member and they would keep on charging more than $20 every 3rd week. Their payment schedule is not clearly explained and published on their website. In fact you do not publish that clearly on any of the pages during Ordering process. They would highlight only the part about 5 books @ $3.95 to lure the customers, but would not show the actual charges they would be keep on billing your card on! The second shipment is shipped much before you actually receive your 1st one, and much before you actually is charged for the 1st one ($22, not $3.95 as they showcase in their marketing ads). This leaves you end up paying for the 2nd package as well, since you wont get enough time to cancel the membership before its shipped.

Great products but lack of transperancy

I also want to clarify that the books we recieved are great, and no doubt about that, but its just the lack of transperancy with respect to the payment structure, is what increases the customer dissatisfaction.
