I succumbed to an offer from my choice rewards to 'win a robosapien---luckily, this offer only required 3 'purchases' with verification to qualify for their 'free gift'. I have been trying to contact this company for 4 months, as the offers were accepted in mid December, but always got the same response.

According to "Earn-Great-Gifts", the company that responded to my emails (when there was any response at all), I hadn't fulfilled any requirements. I was advised to paste the confirmation emails I received from the companies I had agreed to try out and send an email back to mychoicerewards. That done.....silence....and after another month or two, another email exactly like the ones I had received before.

I sent a certified mail in January, as there was no phone number listed (now, there is--amazing!) The response received--same computer generated email with a link, showing no offers had been accepted. When I contacted the companies I 'sampled", there was no record for the customer service person that indicated where the offer was accepted. According to the mychoicerewads webpage, confirmation must be received from the companies after offers were accepted, and that is where they (mychoicerewards) got their fulfilment information...I guess---never having spoken to a human from mychoicerewards, I'm not really sure what was expected!

I recently forwarded an email to the two user support email addresses that had sent me the link mentioned above, showing me how to 'finish requirements'. This was the I had emai sent in which I had pasted all the confirmation information from the companies I had 'tried out'. This time, I got a 'undeliverable address' notice back from my email service provider.

The companies I 'tried out services for were' as follows: 'Urban Nutrition--a product called Serenity; Video Professor;, and Vonage. We still have the Vonage service, but the other two have been cancelled.

Last month, I hooked up with my 'link' to mychoicerewards at the public library in town, and saw that some of the offers were different than those offered in December. In a final attempt to 'fulfil requirements' for this, I purchased a subcription to Blockbuster On-line. Again, no confirmation from mychoice rewards...

With the first two companies listed, I was able to speak to a service rep on the phone and cancel the 'trail offer'--with both companies,I was too late to not get the full priced item that came quickly after the 'free' one......but that was my fault, not the companies offering the products. However, neither rep on the phone had any way of seeing that their company's offer was accepted through My Choice Rewards.
I would appreciate any help you can offer
