When each TRIAL membership TRIAL time completes, you are now enrolled in three month after month after month... reocuring charges. The total charges for these sites is over a $100 per month.

Here is where the maze begins. The support phone number(s) when you call are overloaded and understaffed because they charge so little for their service, so please direct all inquiers, to customer service via email, which they are more than able to handle all reguests. Now if you are trying to cancell the services/memberships/subscriptions you need to go to a different site to cancel. Now you find out that to cancel requires you to print, fill out and mail your request for cancellation to Utah. Also the cancellation form has a clause stating that you agree to hold them nonresponcible for any costs, that you agree with their billing and any problems are your fault and your responsibility. The form has verbage that I am sure you will not agree with, line it out and initial it. You can go online and find free answer to legal questions. If you have a problem, try the Small Claims Court on line information and there is usually even a free class you can sign up for.

Send emails to cancel no matter what they say and keep both the sent and reply. Print copies if you can. Send the written cancellations. I recommend sending these with a proof of mailing at the post office. Proof of mailing is sufficient for court proof and I believe only cost a little over a dollar each.

Until the charges are presented and paid from the electronic billing there does not seem much a bank can do. File a disput with your bank as soon as possible to protect yourself from time limits and furture charges. I am still looking into to the Microsoft connection and please remember that just because a Company Name is used does mean that they are invloved. These Companies get abused more often than we do.

A thought, if you see the word FREE in any form, no charge, trial period, sample, ect., run, do not walk, run!
