Hi. I signed up for the free trial of earn microsoft cash. Upon charging me 1.95 for shipping of the product which never showed up I went to cancel the 10 day free trial. In the sites terms they offer an 800 number to call to cancel. When you call they tell you they do not have phone support because the product is too popular and there are too many customers, and give you an email address to contact support.
I emailed them well within the trial period to cancel and never received a response. Then today noticed they took 49.99 out of my bank account under a totally different company name (impact wealth solutions). Now I am contacting my bank to help me with this matter.
The company still will not respond to my emails in any way, and still did not receive any product from them at all.
Looking at their whois information for the website, it is registered under 3 different company names all with the same address and contact information. They are
earn microsoft cash llc, Impact Wealth Solutions, and Opportunity Knaux

The company I work for is located at 1560 South Renaissance Towne Drive and IS NOT Earn Microsoft Cash. The address that is listed on this report is WRONG.
