Earths Tongue scam scam scam!! Read the "Disclaimer" or terms and conditions. I spent over 100$ and got nothing. This site is a BIG SCAM! Internet

I recently placed an order and was satisfied with the quality of the product and service.

Man I don'tknow whats up with that guy in Mass. But everytime I have dealt with ET, Ben was on top of everything, speedy delivery, nice packaging and above all great product quality. I will be useing them in the future for sure.

Don't believe all the hype that is on the web about this company. I think that it is sabotage from another company that is not wiling to match price and quality with ET.

These claims must be corporate sabotage. I made a rather expensive order this year from earth's tongue, and though the delivery took slightly longer than expected, Ben and the awesome Earth's tongue people were constantly updating me on the progress of my order. He even helped me outside of his obligations by guiding me through my problems i had with FedEx. The products are exceptional and the response time of Ben in support rivals any company anywhere. They share the passion for research, and the company's name will not be damaged by fake claims from competitors. ET is awesome!

i have ordered from earths tongue twice, and both times the company was right on top of my order. bothe times i recieved my product within 5 business days. and the product was in perfect condition. everytime i have had a question earths tongue was there to answer and help me in any way possible. there is no way that they ripped this guy off. he is full of it. just trying to make a bad name for his competition. it is childesh and unproffessional for this person to say those things about earths tongue. why would a company rip off thier consumers? that is dumb that is no way to make money. earths tongue did not get where they are today by ripping people off. earths tongue is number 1 and always will be. -will-

Earths tongue have great customer service and always reply to all emails, they are legit and send out orders promptly.
Earths tongue is a great site i have had only great experiences dealing with them.

this company provided everything they said they would. on top of that, my checks ($180) were received, processed and sent by earthstongue all within one U.S.P.S. tracking report(which are updated twice daily). Fast, fast, fast. the products i received set a new standard of quality I'm sure in time other providers will need to copy. one of the reasons i chose to order from this company is they stay in contact via telephone!! just keep your receipts people and you really have nothing to worry about (not that you'd need to with earthstongue).

I have to say it's been a pleasure dealing with Earthstongue. Any questions have been answered promptly, products do arrive, contrary to some person's story. Products are excellent, as described, maybe even better. I don't know why anyone would want to mislead people like that and to hurt a good company reputation.
Karma dude, you know who you are and you've just served yourself up some bad a*s Karma to come. What goes around, comes around. The universe is funny that way. For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.
Maybe you've got mass contamination on the way or someone will hurt your reputation. Who knows what it'll be but it's coming and you've invited it. So, good luck!

I have done plenty of buisnnes with this paticular company. Evry time I call I get a respond back in no time at all during buisness hours. I have had plenty of help with customer care have even had freebies for shopping with them so much they have plenty of disclaimers on the site for the poeple who read know about any and all risk

It's funny that there is absolutely nobody by your name in our database of customers, I just looked. In fact we get few orders from Massachusetts and only 4 this year so far. All of which are accounted for with positive feedback to us.
I even went as far as all of 2007 and there is no record of you.
If you really are a customer of ours then why didn't you e-mail or call us letting us know the nature of the problem. There is no way we just didn't ship out your stuff. Be more specific. We are a reputable business.
I just checked all of the Massachusetts 2007 orders that were over or close to $100 and according to the tracking numbers we keep on file, they were all delivered and signed for.

You posted this on the 28th of February of 2008. Nobody this year in our customer database meets your criteria. If you really do need assistance, please call us so we can take care of this matter instead of posting negative feedback in a public site like this one.

There is no record of ANY upset customers since we took over Earth's Tongue in the 3rd quarter of 2007.
We have an open phone line and we check e-mails daily. This person simply does not exist as a customer of ours.
All we get in our e-mails is praise for the outstanding quality of our products and service.
