EAS promised that for $400 they would expunge my record and I would get my rights back, right to vote, right to work and right to bear arms. What happend, in fact, is that my conviction was VACATED NOT Expunged which means that I STILL cannot purchase a gun. They KNEW before they took my money that since I had a conviction that i could NOT have an expungement which is the ONLY thing that would retrieve my lost rights. They stole from me plain and simple.

I first wrote my complaint as I found out that the VACATING of my conviction did NOT restore my rights as I was lead to belive. But rather than contact them and talk I fired off this complaint. Several weeks later i received calls and email from them asking me if I wanted them to pursue my individual rights as well. When I asked how much THAT was gonna cost they said nothing! part of the deal! This company HAS done all the promised!
