I was referred to this company by an employment agency. I worked for the company for about a month and a half. The company owner, Eric, promised to pay me when DirecTV paid for the services. Of course that never happened. In addition, I only recieved about 3 days training, masqueraded as a certified satelite tech, by his request. If you get this company keep in mind the tech is undertrained, not paid, and expect horrible service.

In order to advert the judgment, Eric Vititoe changed his company name to Eric's Computer Service. He listed his old company as an LLC, although the State corporate records show that the LLC was terminated before I worked for him. So that state treats ECCD as a D.B.A. or personal business.

I appeared before the Cabell County Courts on Sept. 21, 2005. I was awarded judgement for $3090.67, 318.06 for 10% interest, $90 for court costs, and $65.92 for collection attempt, for a grand total of $3564.65.
Still have yet to collect, guess I'm going to have to get nasty and put liens on everything.

time for ECCD to fess up, take their medicine, and go on with their worker scam.

I just found out from the WV Department of Labor, that if a company does not pay your last pay check by the next pay period, that the company is liable for a full days wages without the ex-employee working for each day the company is delinquent, up to a maximum of thirty days.
So, he admits he owns me money??? He's already admitting to oweing about $2900, then, because a full month doing the job would net about $2500, and then the $400 he claims to owe me. In all, ECCD owes me upward of $3500, plus interest and the matter will be resolved in court.
As for an agreement not get paid, why would I enter into such an agreement???
It is time for ECCD to fess up, take their medicine, and go on with their worker scam.

Where to start?
Payment. Since we are such a small company, I made an agreement with each and every technician to pay them when I received payment for a particular work order. Jeremy was paid for each and every work order that was turned in that we received payment for. The outstanding orders (which included some for which paperwork was not even received), total around $400. And yes, I have the records.
Regarding training, yes some techs received only 3 days. However, if that wasn't sufficient, we trained longer. Some techs trained longer than a week. This isn't rocket science.
Bad service? We received less than 5 compaints from customers in 2004. And those 5 were taken care of immediately.
Masquerading? The techs used our certification number until they were themselves certified. Certification classes are only offered in this area (less than 200 miles) once a year. Sometimes not even that often.
