East Coast Metal Structures, Kenneth "Pete" Osborne MANY RECENT VICTIMS OF THIS SCAM La Grange North Carolina

There are many recent victims of "East Coast Metal Structures", at least four other cases besides what has been listed on this website, with each customer "paying" between $5000 to over $6000 to Kenneth "Pete" Osborne. 

The scenario is the same in every case......The customer, in good faith, provides a down payment, which is usually half of the "quoted" price for a metal building.  Then, the customer is given every excuse imaginable as to why it is taking so long for the building process to even begin.  My family is also going through this.  In my research, I have found that Mr. Osborne has quite an extensive criminal record for which he went to prison for attempted extortion.  It is also apparent that he doesn't even have a business license to operate this "company".

My family has contacted the Lenoir County Sheriff's Department regarding this and I urge other victims to do the same.  The fraud that this man has repeatedly committed is a serious criminal act and reporting it to the local authorities as well as to the NC Department of Justice is the only way to make sure that he does not rob any other person of their hard-earned money!!
