Eastcoastdeals.com Have not delivered product since ordered on Oct 31, 2017 - credit charged Internet

I ordered a pink fingerling monkey on Oct 31, 2017; at which time their website said 34 were available. I've called repeatedly & sent several email without any response from them. They have charged my credit card from day one.
