Eastern motors Fraudulent inspection done Rosedale Maryland

I purchased a car from eastern motors and we noticed the headlight had moisture in it.  Easterns manager Jenny said he had to call the person that inspected the car. He then told me the inspector said it was a manufacturer defect.  The car was not sold as is because a dealer cannot sell a car in maryland as is.   And it should not have passed inspection with that water in the headlight. if the inspector said that was a manufacterer defect that means the moisture was there when he inspected the car.  FRAUD.  They are refusing to fix it.   but then they offered to fix it but told me I had to pay for the repairs.  The left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing at eastern motors. I'm gonna win my case.  Jean try the manager tried to get me to have my car repaired under the warranty because it would cost them to much money to repair.  All this I was trying to do while my car was covered 30 days. I've sent complaint to bbB   oag and to nhtsa.    They think they got over.  NOT    As nice as these guys are they have no clue about sales and they can get over on everyone
